Rates and Policies

Lessons are $29 per half hour and are scheduled in 8-9 week sessions based on a bi-monthly schedule: Jan-Feb, Mar-Apr, May-June, Summer, Sept-Oct and Nov-Dec. In-person or online lessons or a combination of both.

A session is 8 weeks for $232 or 9 weeks for $261.

A half hour lesson per week is generally recommended for most students, but 45 and 60 minute lessons are also available at the prorated rate of $43.00 and $55 per lesson.

Trial lessons are also $29 per half hour. Up to 2 trial lessons may be scheduled.

If a student is unable to commit to an 8-9 week session, individual lessons on a flexible schedule plan are $40 per half hour.

All lessons must be paid for in advance. A full payment may be made at the start of the bi-monthly session or a 50% payment at the start of each month.

Late payments made after the first lesson of the month will be assessed a $10 fee.

Upon signing up for an 8-9 week session, the parent/student will be held contractually responsible for payment of the full 8-9 weeks. The parent/student is still contractually responsible for an 8-9 week payment even if a student decides to stop lessons in the middle of a bi-monthly session.

No refunds or reschedules for last minute cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) or no-shows.

Please email at least 24 hours in advance to re-schedule a lesson within the time frame of the bi-monthly session. If time slots are available, lesson may be rescheduled. Make ups will generally be online except for very young children. Make up lessons cannot be guaranteed since time slots may not be available within the bi-monthly session. Lessons cannot be rescheduled more once.

Please plan on arriving a only a 2-3 minutes before the lesson time. If you arrive early, kindly wait before ringing the door out of courtesy to the student before you.
